    • How to prepare your staff for home visits with a surveyor.

    • How to prepare your documented evidence of compliance for a surveyor’s review.

  • “Ghostwrite” plans of correction following accreditation, state and/or federal surveys.

  • Review quality assessment and performance improvement data, and other key documents and data.

  • Conduct a review of patient records prior to submission to intermediary or review by surveyor.

  • Answer compliance questions by e-mail.
