  • “Ghostwrite” plans of correction following accreditation, state, and federal surveys

  • Review quality assessment and performance improvement data and other key documents and data and provide feedback

  • Review patient records before submission to an intermediary or review by a surveyor

  • Answer compliance questions by e-mail
