These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of HomeCareandHospice.com and to purchases from Home Health Systems, Inc. (“Home Health Systems,” “we,” or “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
License Agreement
The Home Care Infection Prevention and Control Program® and our other publications are licensed, not sold. Your use of them is governed by our License Agreement, Version October 2026. You accept the License Agreement as described in it, for example by checking the box at online checkout, paying an invoice that includes or references it, or allowing a subscription to renew after notice. If these Terms and Conditions conflict with the License Agreement, the License Agreement controls.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars, and payment must be made in U.S. funds.
- Shipping and handling charges are added to shipped products.
- Florida sales tax applies to deliveries in Florida.
- Payment is due before delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Subscriptions and renewals
- Licenses run for one year from the date of purchase.
- Online subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled. The renewal fee is our then-current fee, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice of any change.
- If we update the License Agreement, we will send notice, with a link, at least 30 days before your renewal date.
- You may cancel an automatic subscription at any time before its renewal date by emailing info@homecareandhospice.com or calling (800) 961-7122.
Refunds
All amounts paid are non-refundable, as described in the License Agreement.
Free downloads
Free downloads, when offered, are subject to the License Agreement or the download terms shown when you register. By registering, you agree that your contact information may be used to send you updates about the Program and may be transferred to a future publisher or owner of the Program.
Copyright and trademarks
This website and its content, including text, images, graphics, and downloads, are protected by U.S. copyright law. Home Care Infection Prevention and Control Program® is a registered trademark of Home Health Systems, Inc. (U.S. Reg. No. 7,239,663). You may not copy, distribute, or use our content, or upload it into any artificial intelligence tool, except as the License Agreement allows or with our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Home Health Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to the Program is governed by the License Agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Health Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and information suppliers from third-party claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes relating to the Program are handled as described in the License Agreement, including mediation. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state courts located in Collier County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
