How Licensing Works
The Home Care Infection Prevention and Control Program® is licensed per location. A location is your main office or any branch office, whether it provides home health, hospice, palliative care, private duty, DME, or home infusion services. Hospice inpatient and residential units each count as a separate location. Licensing by location keeps pricing fair for small agencies while scaling appropriately for larger organizations.

- Allowed: Using adopted policies, procedures, and forms internally with staff at your licensed location(s).
- Not allowed: Sharing with unlicensed locations or outside your organization, sharing logins, or reselling or republishing the content.

- Each location license includes 3 named users. Each user gets their own secure login to view, search, print, and download the full program on any web-enabled device.

- Surveyor access is free. During a survey, send us your surveyor’s contact information, and we’ll provide temporary access at no charge.
