Licensing Agreement – The publications purchased are provided subject to the terms and conditions in the applicable license agreement. (See below)
Payment Terms – All prices listed are in U.S. dollars, and payment must be made in U.S. funds. Products requiring shipment will have shipping and handling charges added and applicable sales tax added to deliveries made in the State of Florida. Payment must be received prior to the product’s shipment unless other arrangements have been made.
Copyright Protection – The Home Health Systems website is protected by the United States copyright laws. Any private or commercial use of any content on the Home Health Systems website (images, graphics text, programs, etc.) is prohibited without the prior express written consent of Home Health Systems.
User Responsibility – The User of the Home Health Systems website assumes all responsibility for the use of the Home Health Systems website. The User waives all claims against Home Health Systems, its officers, directors, employees, information suppliers, and programmers that may arise from utilizing the Home Health Systems’ website.
Applicable Law – The User agrees that any dispute or controversy regarding the Home Health Systems User’s Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed by laws in the State of Florida. Any dispute or controversy shall be prosecuted exclusively in courts located in Collier County, FL.
Indemnity – Home Health Systems disclaims responsibility for any adverse effects resulting directly or indirectly from the content, from any undetected errors, or the User’s misunderstanding of the text. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Health Systems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third-party information suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection agency fees, resulting from any violation by the User of the terms and conditions.
